Elevation Lofts Hotel occupies the upper floors of a three-story brick building shared with Momentum Art Gallery, and guests enter the gallery through a private entrance from the hotel elevator. Original artworks from Momentum Gallery are displayed throughout each loft and are available for purchase. A complimentary champagne tour of Momentum Gallery, led by the owners, is offered to guests, along with a 10% discount on gallery purchases.

Elevation Lofts Hotel has six apartment units, including two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom lofts, and the four-bedroom units have en-suite bathrooms in each bedroom. Unit 301 has a king bed in the main bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, a walk-in shower, and a high-walled soaking tub. Kitchens are outfitted with Bosch appliances, Noritake dishes and cutlery, and a full-sized washer and dryer.

Harrah's Cherokee Center is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, and the Thomas Wolfe Memorial is 300 metres away. Biltmore Estate sits 8 km from the property, the Botanical Gardens is 2.4 km away, and the Folk Art Center is 10 km away. Each unit at Elevation Lofts Hotel receives an assigned parking space in the adjacent open-air lot, and the hotel's electric vehicle charging station requires advance reservation.
